Kano State Governor, Abba Yusuf, has announced the approval of two major infrastructure projects by the state’s Executive Council during its 21st meeting.
The projects include the construction of the Tudun Yola, off Gwarzo-Dansudu Bypass, valued at 1.8 billion Naira, and the development of the Rijiyar Lemo Road Network, costing 497 million Naira, bringing the total investment to 2.3 billion Naira.
These road projects are expected to ease traffic congestion, improve connectivity, and enhance economic activities in the state. The Tudun Yola bypass will significantly ease traffic flow along busy routes, while the Rijiyar Lemo Road Network will improve access for residents and businesses in the area.
Governor Abba Yusuf emphasized that these projects are vital for the state’s urban development and economic growth. He also highlighted that the approval of these projects, along with other policies, reflects the administration’s commitment to improving infrastructure for the benefit of the people of Kano State.
The Governor assured that the projects will be executed efficiently and within the set timelines, ensuring maximum benefit to the state’s residents.
