His visit focused on assisting women and others who had been rescued from the hands of bandits and were receiving treatment at the hospital.

During the visit, Radda paid special attention to nine women who had been freed from bandits and were receiving medical care. These women had endured various forms of trauma while in captivity, and the governor ensured that they were receiving the necessary medical treatment and care.

A statement from the Governor’s office, issued by his Chief Press Secretary Ibrahim Kaula Mohammed, revealed Radda’s deep concern for the victims. He expressed particular sympathy for one woman who had given birth while in captivity and was still recovering. The governor made sure that the hospital conducted thorough medical examinations for all the rescued victims to address any ongoing health issues.

To further assist the victims, Governor Radda authorized financial support to help facilitate their safe return to their homes once they were discharged. This gesture was aimed at alleviating some of the burdens faced by the victims and their families.

Throughout the visit, the governor interacted directly with the patients, inquiring about their well-being and ensuring that they were receiving quality care. Radda also directed the hospital management to prioritize the treatment of a critically ill patient, requesting regular updates on the patient’s condition.

Accompanying Governor Radda were several key officials, including Dr. Faisal Kaita, the Commissioner for Lands and Physical Planning, and Hon. Abdullahi Ahmed Turaji, his Principal Private Secretary. Their presence underscored the state government’s commitment to improving healthcare services and supporting victims of insecurity.

Governor Radda’s visit is part of his broader leadership approach, which emphasizes hands-on engagement with citizens and addressing their concerns directly. By visiting the hospital and personally offering assistance, Radda demonstrated his unwavering commitment to the welfare and recovery of the people affected by banditry and other forms of violence in the state. His efforts reflect a strong desire to improve the lives of those who have suffered from insecurity and provide them with the support they need to rebuild their lives.
