Joshua Nwafor, a 40-year-old man, has been accused of brutally killing his wife, Charity, in a dispute over how to cook a tuber of yam.
According to eyewitnesses, the couple had been married for 17 years, and their relationship was described as peaceful and loving. However, on the fateful day, Joshua’s insistence on boiling the yam clashed with Charity’s preference for roasting it. The disagreement quickly turned heated, with Joshua becoming enraged and violent.
