The founder and chief executive officer of T-pumpy Concept, a real estate collosus, chief Akintayo Adaralegbe has been installed the Grand Patron of Abuja real estate practitioners.
Speaking at the investiture ceremony in Abuja, leader of Lugbe Realtors Association, Mr Audu Ali explained that the honour bestowed on Adaralegbe is not only an appreciation of his support to members of the association but also a commendation for his selflessness, mentorship and services to humanity.
According to him, Chief Adaralegbe “…has revolutionalized and demystified real estate development in Nigeria and the Sub-Sahara Africa by extension.”
He added: “Many people know you with different names based on the impact you have made in Nigeria’s real estate landscape and your commitment to the welfare of humanity but I chose to call you the real estate Jagaban, my mentor, my role model etc”.
Mr Ali expressed the hope that with chief Adaralegbe as the association’s grand patron, he would help members navigate the real estate hurdles in Nigeria and stand tall amongst other developers in Nigeria.
Responding, chief Adaralegbe appreciated the honour accorded him and charged them to imbibe the values of integrity, unity and patriotism in order to excel in the industry.
The Ekiti state-born real estate giant announced the donation of a 3-bedroom flat to the association as their national secretariat and the the sum N3 million to support their operations.
