VINCENT Samuel Ter
FOUNDER AND CEO
Mr. Vincent, Samuel Ter is the founder, chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Development Network TV. He is a Registered Animal Scientist and a doctoral fellow of the Nigerian Guinea Fowl Improvement Research Programme at Department of Animal Science in Nasarawa State University Keffi in Nasarawa State.
He is also a multimedia journalist – ISDEVCOM and SciDev.Net Certified Science Communicator, a humanitarian and an environmentalist. His goal is to use his knowledge and experience to contribute to causes that would leave the world a better place than he met it.
He has proven records of brand marketing, community advocacy, stakeholders’ engagement and management as well as digital content production. He has published peer reviewed articles in reputable journals internationally, and has contributed papers to national conferences. He has reviewed manuscripts for ACADEMIC and ELSEVIER Journal groups. He holds membership of some local associations.
ANTHONY Thomas Igba
CO-FOUNDER
Mr. Igba Anthony is a co-founder of Development Network Television, Nigeria’s development communication platform. He is a seasoned academic with about 30-year lecturing and research experience at the Akperan Orshi Polytechnic Gboko in Benue State, Nigeria.
He is also an ISDEVCOM and SciDev.Net Certified Science Communicator and a trained animal productionist with interest in alternative feed resources, where he has extensively research the bio-utilization of waste materials and animal byproducts such as crop residues, poultry litter and rumen content.
He is a resource person with the National Board for Technical Education and has contributed to the development of the National Diploma Curriculum for Animal Health and Production.Currently, he is a doctoral student in the department of animal science of Nasarawa State University Keffi in Nasarawa State.
TER Thomas
CO-FOUNDER
Mr. Ter Thomas is a co-founder and Vice Chairman of Development Network Television. He is a passionate humanitarian and the founder of Mbainum Support Initiative (MSI) owners of Displaced Persons Hub (DPHub). He holds B.Sc in Plant Science and Biotechnology from Nasarawa State University Keffi.
